Waynoir was formed around a simple observation. Retention challenges rarely come from a lack of tools or channels. They come from a lack of understanding. Teams struggle to explain why customers disengage, why interventions work in one context but not another, and how to build systems that last. Our role is to help organizations move from fragmented tactics to coherent retention systems that can be measured, learned from, and improved continuously.
